10-point roof tune-up
Small problems become leaks. The tune-up finds and fixes them before preservation, and on their own once a year.

Small problems, repaired early
An exposed nail head or a lifted tab looks like nothing from the ground. Water finds it anyway.
- repaired before treatment: so preservation protects a roof with no open paths for water
- Recorded with photos: each repair goes into the Roof Record before and after
- Priced up front: tune-up items are listed separately in the assessment
When to schedule one
- Before preservation: every NANOROOF job starts with one
- Once a year: as part of the Care Plan
- After severe weather: to catch storm damage early
- Before you sell: a maintained roof inspects better
- When you see damage: missing shingles, stains or sagging
