Silicone Preservation System · What SPS means · Why silicone
A water-based silicone elastomeric system with proprietary nano-chemistry, built for asphalt shingles.
It penetrates the shingle, bonds to the shingle's structure and encapsulates it. Once cured, it forms a hydrophobic protective layer against water and atmospheric moisture.
It's sprayed on according to the application protocol, after the roof has been assessed, tuned up and cleaned.

NANOROOF repair products
Used during the tune-up to repair the places shingles can't protect: flashings, joints, penetrations and cracks.
elastomeric caulk
A flexible caulk for gaps, flashings, shingles and roof penetrations. It adheres to masonry, wood, asphalt, metal and vinyl, and can go on damp surfaces and in low temperatures.
liquid flashing
A clear, brushable elastomeric caulk for chimneys, valleys, vents, flashing and gutters, and around the house on sills, thresholds and siding.
roof cleaner
The roof cleaner used in the soft wash before every preservation treatment.
A clean surface is what lets the treatment penetrate and bond, so algae, moss, lichen and grime come off first.

Only through certified dealers. NANOROOF is professional-grade and isn't sold to homeowners or at retail.
Application follows a protocol, and each job is documented so the warranty can be registered. That's why a professional-grade product goes only through dealers trained and certified on it.
Product and warranty disclosures
Results depend on roof condition and site conditions; not every roof qualifies, and preservation does not repair structural damage. Limited warranty: coverage, terms and exclusions vary by system and are stated in the written warranty provided before purchase. Warranties are available only on roofs treated and registered by a certified dealer.
